Dave MacDougall is a Managing Director, and co-founder of Hayden Consulting Group. He has over 20 years of experience in Commercial and Market Access Strategy within the life science industry.
He was a Partner at Amundsen Group, helping to make that firm the preeminent market access strategy firm of the time. Upon selling the company to IMS Health (now IQVIA), Dave ran the Market Access Strategy practice at IQVIA, delivering multiple years of growth above forecasts. Dave was responsible for the development of the San Francisco office and the expansion of the practice from its East Coast roots.
Dave has been on the forefront of developing new analytical approaches to measure patient behaviors and payer controls. His work in driving analytical rigor into specialty markets, biologics and oncology has created a string of loyal clients and highly successful brands.
Co-Founder and Managing Director
Jamie Sidore is a Managing Director, and co-founder of Hayden Consulting Group. He has over 20 years of experience in Commercial and Market Access Strategy.
Jamie was a Partner at Amundsen Group, helping to make that firm the preeminent market access strategy firm of the time. Upon selling the company to IMS Health (now IQVIA), Jamie assumed leadership roles of increasing responsibility, culminating as the Vice President and General Manager of Market Access and Commercial Services for IQVIA Americas.
Jamie has been a leader in developing strategies and accelerating the commercialization of new products for over 2 decades. Throughout this time, he has been successful at recruiting and developing talent within his teams, and in creating a learning environment where motivated and talented individuals can contribute, grow and thrive.
Jamie is married with 2 teenagers, and can be found on the ski slopes as many days of the year as life will permit.
